We have just recently spent one night at this hotel. Think this hotel is one of the nicest places we have stayed at in blackpool.
Check in was really quick, we were also upgraded free to a deluxe room which was a lovely surprise. All members of staff that we came across were friendly, helpful and just all round lovely.
Room was spotlessly clean, the view of the pleasure beach from our window was just lovely. The bed was super comfortable.
We ran out of teabags in the room pretty late at night but reception were lovely and gave us a nice handful of tea bags, sugar and hot chocolate.
Breakfast was lovely, plentiful and really enjoyable. There was a great selection (eggs bacon beans sausages etc) cereals, toasts and pastries.
We decided to go when the snow hit (just our luck) but it was super lovely to see children making snowmen at 6.30am. This hotel has a lovely family feel to it. We would absolutely stay here again. The only downside we had was our regret of only booking a one night stay. We would have absolutely stayed longer!.

Zevk plajının hemen yanında yer alan çok güzel bir otel, otelde birkaç kez kaldık, bazen Blackpool'un yüksek sezonunda ve daha yakın zamanda sakin zamanlarda.
Tema parkından gelen gürültü, sabahın oldukça geç saatlerinde başlayan geziler nedeniyle konaklamanızı pek etkilememektedir.
Hem şehir merkezi için ideal bir konumdadır, yakınlarda tramvay erişimi vardır, hem de tabii ki eğlence plajına olan yakınlığı nedeniyle.
Bir dezavantajı, yoğun dönemlerde otoparkın herkesi barındıramaması, dolayısıyla başka park yeri bulmanız gerekebilmesidir.

Sadece bir gece kaldım. Oda çok güzeldi, çok temiz ve ferah, konforlu yataklar ve odada ihtiyacınız olan her şey. Kahvaltı biraz yoğundu ama yemekler çok güzeldi, beni rahatsız eden tek şey ben ve kızım kahvaltımızı yaparken aşçıların gelip yemek tepsilerini çırpıp diğer tarafa götürmesiydi. Çok büyük bir sorun değil, sadece biraz kaba. Diğer tüm personel harikaydı, çok dost canlısı ve misafirperverdi

Beautiful hotel, room was clean and fresh, very spacious, bed was very comfy slept really well, area is quiet and the staff are lovely. Would definitely stay again!
