general: A unique hotel which was formely the house of a marquis. It has a wonderful monastery type courtyard just outside the reception area with stone arches circulin the square flower filled garden which has a fountain in the middle.

rooms: The hotel has a colonial part and a new section. In the colonial section all the rooms are medium in size and in very good condition with a yellow coloured stone wall and blue carpet with yellow and blue bedspreads and curtains. There are wood furnishings throughout with iron hanging chandeliers and typical Peruvian tapestries in each room. In the new section of the hotel the rooms are still medium in size and in good condition but lighter colours are used and the rooms are more modern throu throughout.
